For items other than the non-returnable items listed above, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

A request for return or exchange is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item

The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact

Proof of purchase is provided

Special Note: Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Exchange Method

For items that meet the exchange conditions, we will replace the item with the same product. Once exchanged, items are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Method

For items that meet the return conditions, refunds will be processed via the original payment method upon receipt and verification of the returned item.

We have a complete set of jewelry and thangka packaging gift boxes, as well as the plane box during transport. There is also a product care card in the package. Some necklace products are equipped with a replacement chain for you to choose.
