All Sales Final
Welcome to BTSAN PO.
Due to the unique, collectible, handcrafted, and often one-of-a-kind nature of our works, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:
• Personal preference
• Change of mind
• Gifting decisions
• Sizing concerns
• Natural material variations
• Differences inherent to handmade products
• Expectations differing from the actual product
Return, Exchange & Refund Eligibility
Claims will only be considered under the following circumstances:
• Verified product defects
• Significant damage caused during shipping
To be eligible, you must contact BTSAN PO within 7 days of delivery and provide:
• Proof of purchase
• Clear photos and/or videos documenting the issue
Any requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Resolution of Approved Claims
Upon verification, BTSAN PO may, at its sole discretion, provide:
• A replacement item (when available)
• A refund
Important Notes
• Every piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
• If your package arrives with visible external damage, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and notify BTSAN PO.
• Items that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
• Natural variations in color, texture, grain, inclusions, markings, or other characteristics inherent to natural materials are not considered defects.
• Due to the unique nature of many of our works, exact replacements may not always be available.

商品售出后概不退换（All Sales Final）

由于 BTSAN PO 所售作品具有独特性、收藏属性、手工制作特性，且许多作品为孤品或限量作品，所有商品均为最终销售（All Sales Final）。
除经 BTSAN PO 确认的质量问题或运输过程中造成的严重损坏外，商品售出后概不接受退货、换货或退款。
包括但不限于以下情况，均不属于退换货或退款范围：
• 个人喜好变化
• 改变购买决定
• 赠礼需求变化
• 尺寸或佩戴感受问题
• 天然材质差异
• 手工制作产生的细微差异
• 与个人主观预期不符
可申请售后的情况
仅以下情况可申请售后：
• 经确认的产品质量问题
• 运输过程中造成的严重损坏
如需申请，请于签收后 7 日内联系我们，并提供：
• 购买凭证
• 清晰照片及／或视频
超过签收后 7 日提出的申请，将不予受理。
审核通过后的处理方式
经核实后，BTSAN PO 将根据实际情况决定以下处理方式：
• 更换同款或同等价值作品（如库存允许）
• 退款
特别说明
• 所有作品发货前均经过仔细检查并妥善包装。
• 如包裹外包装存在明显运输损坏，请第一时间联系承运方，并同步通知 BTSAN PO。
• 商品一经使用、佩戴、损坏、改动或缺失原包装，不符合退换条件。
• 天然材质本身存在的纹理、色差、矿缺、包裹体、木纹等自然特征，不属于质量问题。
• 由于部分作品为孤品或限量作品，我们无法保证能够提供完全相同的替换品。
