As our creations are unique and collectible, all items are handcrafted or limited edition. Therefore, once sold, they cannot be returned or refunded unless a clear quality issue is present.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

If upon receiving your item you find:

• Obvious quality defects (not natural variations, such as breakage or missing parts); or

• Serious damage caused during shipping

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Clear photos or videos

After verification, we will arrange an exchange or refund.

Important Notes

• Each item undergoes strict inspection and professional packaging before shipment to ensure safe delivery.

• If your parcel shows visible damage during transit, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and notify us for assistance.

• Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.

• Exchange First: Eligible items will be replaced with the same or equivalent product. Once exchanged, returns or refunds will no longer be accepted.

• Natural variations (such as agate patterns, amber textures, or wood grain differences) do not qualify as quality issues.

我们将在确认情况后，为您安排换货或退款。

• 每件作品在发出前，均经过严格检查与专业包装，以确保送达时的完好。

• 若您收到的包裹在运输途中出现明显破损，请第一时间联系承运的物流公司，并同步通知我们以协助处理。

• 商品一旦使用、损坏，或缺失原包装，将无法退换或退款。

• 换货优先：符合条件的商品将以相同或等值作品更换；换货完成后不再接受退货或退款。

• 因天然材质（如玛瑙纹理、蜜蜡纹路、木质色差等）造成的细微差异，不属于质量问题。
