As our creations are unique and collectible in nature, each piece is handcrafted or limited in quantity.
All sales are final unless a verified quality issue is confirmed.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

If upon receiving your item you experience a clear quality issue or significant damage caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Clear photos or videos documenting the issue

After verification, we will arrange an exchange or refund accordingly.

Important Notes

• Each piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment.

• If your parcel shows visible external damage upon arrival, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and notify us for assistance.

• Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

• Exchange Policy: Eligible items will be replaced with the same or equivalent piece. Exchanged items are considered final sale.

• Natural variations inherent to the material (such as grain, tone, texture differences, or subtle color variations) do not qualify as quality issues.

经确认后，我们将为您安排换货或退款。

• 如包裹在运输途中出现明显破损，请第一时间联系承运方，并同步通知我们协助处理。

• 商品一旦使用、损坏、改动或缺失原包装，将不符合退换条件。

• 换货说明： 符合条件的商品将更换为相同或等值作品；换货完成后视为最终销售，不再接受退货或退款。
