Shipping Area
Currently, BTSAN PO only provides shipping services within the United States, including U.S. territories.

Processing Time
All orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days after confirmation. We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays.

Shipping Duration
We use USPS for shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Actual delivery times may vary due to destination, holidays, or weather conditions.

Order Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping status and estimated delivery date.

Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost if it remains in the postal system for more than 15 business days for U.S. orders. While we typically see shorter delivery times, we cannot issue a replacement until this period has elapsed. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for all additional delivery costs to re-ship your order to the correct address. We are not liable for lost orders if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

BTSAN PO 配送政策

   目前，BTSAN PO 仅提供美国本土及其领土范围内的配送服务。

2. 处理时间
   所有订单将在确认后 2 个工作日内处理并准备发货。我们尽力在 1 个工作日内发出所有订单。周末下单的订单将在周一发货。

3. 配送时间
   我们使用 USPS 进行配送，预计配送时间为 5-7 个工作日。实际配送时间可能因目的地、节假日或天气状况而有所变化。

4. 订单确认
   订单发货后，您将收到一封确认邮件，包含发货状态和预计送达日期。

5. 延迟或丢失订单
   如果包裹在美国订单中停留超过 15 个工作日，我们将视为丢失。虽然一般配送时间更短，但在此期间我们无法重新发货且不对快递公司造成的延迟负责。

6. 地址错误或不完整
   如果由于地址错误或不完整导致包裹被退回，您需支付重新配送的所有费用。对于结账时提供的地址不完整或错误导致的订单丢失，我们概不负责。
